Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app → Profile / Settings → "Delete account". This permanently removes your data from our servers within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at alibykdag@gmail.com from your registered email.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open the Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Select the app and choose "Cancel subscription". Your premium features remain active until the end of the billing period.
I restored a purchase but don't see premium features
Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase. In the app, open Settings → "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, contact support with your purchase order ID.
The app crashed or a feature isn't working
Please email us with: app name, device model, Android version, and a short description of what you were doing. Screenshots help a lot. We usually respond within 1-3 business days.
How do I export my data?
Most apps offer a data export option under Settings → Backup / Export. If your app doesn't yet offer this feature, email us and we'll provide your data manually within 30 days.
