This Privacy Policy describes how Bykdg ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, including Shevana, Hoşkin Arena, HukukApp, İscim, and Okutopia ("Apps"). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate and improve our Apps:

• Account information: When you sign in (for example with Google Sign-In or email), we receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier.
• User-generated content: Data you enter into the App — such as product scans, routines, tracking entries, and preferences — is stored so the App can function as intended.
• Device and usage data: Basic analytics such as device model, OS version, app version, crashes, and feature usage, collected through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Purchase data: Subscription or in-app purchase confirmations, processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain App features.
• To sync your data across devices when you sign in.
• To detect, prevent, and fix crashes and abuse.
• To improve the App through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• To show ads (in free tiers) through Google AdMob, or to deliver premium features for subscribers.

3. Health-Related Data (Shevana)

Some features in Shevana — such as cycle tracking, pregnancy tracking, skincare routines, and medication reminders — involve sensitive personal information. We treat this data with special care:

• Health-related entries are stored locally on your device (via Hive) and, if you are signed in, synchronized to your personal Firestore space, accessible only to you.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer health data to advertisers or third parties for marketing.
• Shevana is an informational and tracking tool; it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
• You can delete all your health data at any time from within the App's settings, which also triggers deletion from cloud storage.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with trusted service providers that help operate our Apps:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, cloud functions, push notifications.
• Google Play Billing — purchase processing.
• Google AdMob — advertising in free tiers. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising from your device settings.

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at alibykdag@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Most of our Apps are not directed at children under 13. Okutopia is a children's app and complies with applicable children's privacy regulations — it does not require personal information from child users and does not contain third-party advertising targeted at children.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted local storage for sensitive data (via flutter_secure_storage and the Hive encryption layer), and Firebase's security rules for access control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR in the EU or KVKK in Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at alibykdag@gmail.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
