Empyra'yı (com.bykdg.empyra) indirip oynayarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Empyra size kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı ve devredilemez bir lisans verir. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz, kiralayamaz, satamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
Oyunun tüm görselleri, sesleri, kodu, ismi ve markası Bykdg'e aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur.
Empyra'yı yasalara aykırı bir biçimde ya da hizmete veya diğer kullanıcılara zarar verecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.
Empyra ücretsiz oynanır. İsteğe bağlı satın almalar şunlardır:
Abonelik koşulları: Empyra Premium aylık bir abonelikdir. Güncel fiyat, satın alma ekranında ve mağaza sayfasında bulunduğunuz ülkenin para biriminde gösterilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret aynı süre içinde mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store › Apple Kimliği › Abonelikler (iOS) veya Google Play › Abonelikler (Android) üzerinden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; başlamış bir dönemin kalan kısmı iade edilmez.
Ödeme ve iade: Tüm ödemeler platform mağazası (App Store veya Google Play) tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi Empyra görmez. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir ve doğrudan mağazaya iletilmelidir.
Satın almaları geri yükleme: Kalıcı satın almalarınızı (ör. Reklamları Kaldır) mağaza ekranındaki “Satın almaları geri yükle” düğmesiyle aynı hesapta yeniden etkinleştirebilirsiniz.
Empyra, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Reklamların nasıl çalıştığı ve hangi verilerin işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan Bykdg sorumlu değildir.
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm aynı adreste yayımlanır. Oynamaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

By downloading and playing Empyra (com.bykdg.empyra) you agree to the following terms.
Empyra grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, or reverse-engineer the game.
All art, sound, code, the name and the brand of the game belong to Bykdg and are protected by copyright.
You may not use Empyra unlawfully or in any way that harms the service or other users.
Empyra is free to play. Optional purchases are:
Subscription terms: Empyra Premium is a monthly subscription. The current price is shown on the purchase screen and on the store page in your local currency. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your store account is charged for renewal within that same period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in App Store › Apple ID › Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play › Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the unused part of a started period is not refunded.
Payment and refunds: All payments are processed by the platform store (App Store or Google Play); Empyra never sees your card details. Refund requests are subject to that store's refund policy and must be made directly to the store.
Restoring purchases: You can re-activate non-consumable purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) on the same account with the “Restore Purchases” button in the store screen.
Empyra shows ads via Google AdMob. How ads work and which data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The game is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Bykdg is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the game.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is published at the same address. Continued play means you accept the updated terms.
